Hello and happy first day of Oakland Veg Week 2012! Thanks again for joining us. We hope you’re ready to eat, and eat well! To get ready for your first veg work week, think about your favorite snack foods. Few people snack on hunks of steak at 10 a.m. or 3 p.m., right? We reach for fruit, chips and salsa, guacamole, pretzels, veggies, trail mixes, candy bars, donuts, hummus, or PB&J’s. Those food are all either vegan already, or easy to make vegan! Read More
